Shipping Within the United States

All orders are processed and shipped within 24 - 48 hours after receipt, except weekends and national holidays.

FITS will ship either by UPS Ground or UPS 2 Day Express for any order placed for delivery within most areas of the Continental USA (for example some areas/states such as Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico may result in 3-Day shipping time). FITS relies on carriers' estimated delivery times and does not expressly guarantee actual delivery.

FITS offers FREE RETURNS for customers located within the USA on products that are over $150.00 USD.

FLAT RATE $30 USD Shipping Internationally

For orders shipped internationally, FITS charges $30.00 USD Flat Rate Shipping and will typically ship by FedEx or UPS. The Flat Rate fee does NOT include local duties, taxes, brokerage fees or VAT/GST (typically referred to as "Delivered at Place" (DAP) or "Delivered Duty Unpaid" (DDU)). Tracking information will be provided for international orders.

Effective July 1, 2021: The minimum per order value of goods (excluding shipping cost) for orders shipping to the UK is 135 GBP and within the EU is 150 Euros. Orders for goods less than such amounts cannot be processed and shipped.
